I made a new website and I need to rank higher then my competitors. I havent done anything regarding keywords, backlinks etc. the site is brand new. My budget is 100$ for now.

For $100, you're likely to create problems for yourself moreso than progress.

Better off just creating more original, high quality content, and not trying to do SEO at that price.
