Need SEO for geographical keywords

I am partnering up with someone that has over 1,000 geo based domains to sell. They are expecting to sell 100-200 per month, and then keep buying more geo domains to sell.

I need a base price to offer them SEO services. Most of them will be "city + profession" like "Tampa plastic surgeon."

Experienced only, please. I've hired for SEO from here before and my site went from # 20 to # 98 and I was told it's Google's fault and they want more money to fix what they did.

Are you looking for on site or off site? Are they building sites or just selling domains? You're implying they're just selling the domains so I'm not sure what kind of SEO you expect to do on a parked domain.

Yeh, you can't really seo a parked domain... If you determine that you actually do need seo feel free to msg me.
