Need SEO for an established website receiving 1000 UV per month

Website is tanked by google since a while. It receives traffic from yahoo and bing and other referral sources like ehow, ezinearticles, etc.

I need someone who knows how to get it out. Budget is $XXX per month.

Please respond with what you can do and some reference what you've done in the past 6 months.

There are several services in the Sales sectinon to geht a overview
be careful which Provider you Take .....a page is easy damaged
