[Need]*SEO-expert to analyze competitor

Hi there,

We have spotted a competitor which is outperforming us in all niches (we are active in the same niches more or less) and we need to get to the bottom with what they are doing. They are ranking on the first position for several highly competitive keywords in local markets (NOT US) and we have done the basic analyzes to understand why they are ranking but without success. We now need someone to have a look at this.

We have checked the following basics (and tested without much success):

- Cloaking of links
- Textlength / keyword density
- Internal linking
- % do.follow/nofollow
- Etc etc etc...
We need help from someone who can spot similarities and extract the facts between theese websites. Please PM if you think you can do it!:cheerlead

Also, if someone has a tip of agency/person that would be willing to do this work we'd be more than happy to recieve that info.

You need to look at far more than just those issues, including brand mentions/url mentions on industry sites/forums, potential hidden PBN links, social activity.
You could also have visitor engagement issues that would have a negative impact on your rankings.

We have been checking more factors than those written, not everything you mentioned but visitor engagement shouldnt be a problem aswell as brandmentions/urlmentions. We are stuck and need help above our knowledge of seo, of course willing to pay for this help!
