Need SEO Expert (on-page & off-page)

I run my own web design business here in the UK. Offering affordable websites to small local businesses and workmen. I have been approached by a few clients for SEO work and have not yet managed to learn a great deal about SEO so I am thinking of outsourcing.

i am not looking for anyone that is going to be outsourcing their work (or buying giggs on fiverr). The SEO requirements are going to be very specific to the client.

i am looking for someone that can:
- achieve page 1 in ranking for clients keywords
- be available to talk via skype
- have a portfolio with past comments and records of clients
- be available and prompt to take on clients
- speak/type good English

Sent you a Skype request. Biggest factor with me is budget. I don't mess with anything less than $800 (for Local), and that is for the bare bones package.

Okay after talking to you SEO guys I've figured that the budget to actually get anywhere is going to be more then what my average small business client is going to afford. I'm going to be looking at having someone to just get the onsite SEO nailed for now and I think I have more than one person in mind to choose from. :) thanks
