My boss is currently looking for an SEO expert. Here are his requirements.
Specific:
Experience in SEO/SEM marketing - must have in depth knowledge of the following:
Ability to work with Wordpress
Graphic design / coding skills are a bonus.
Genereal:
Read and write and speak excellent English (paid tasks will test your English competency)
Begin tasks within 12 hours of receiving tasks and and have them completed quickly and to a high quality
Answer emails within 4 business hours in your timezone
Provide daily reports on the activities of the day, the hours spent and the tasks I need to take action upon
Sign a standard non disclosure and non compete agreement before starting
Ask for help when needed
After testing this will become a full (40 hour a week) time position
