as i know, they r fierce competition words, widely used in compter repair software aspect. So u must pay attention to the longtail nyc or other longtail words.

looks like your biggest competitor is pcmacexpress.com, they have about 500 backlinks which are pretty high quality. There's also a ton of real business all over google maps that rank for the broad match that will give you trouble.
