I recently started a blog. In one of the posts I forgot to update the url according to my keyword by mistake. So by default wordpress set the url as the full title length. Now that page has been indexed on google. If I change the url now, will that impact my rankings?

Yes it will. Just set up another page with proper URL, 301 that sucker and you'll forget about it in a few weeks.

So Just copy the content, create a new post then redirect the old url to new? That's it?
