Green,

Obviously you're like aware already - but you can try a site like oDesk. However, for SEO positions you will get tons of $2.00/hr workers (or even less) that just waste your time with recycled applications.

I find that doing what you have done here is what I tend to do. You said that the PM's who don't reply to everything get denied. So you are prequalifying them to make sure that they can actually read and understand instructions.

I do this too, but first on a bigger scale. For example, I will post a job on oDesk saying:

- What SEO tools do you have?
- How many hours per week can you work?
- What days of the week can you work?

And maybe one or two more BASIC questions. Then at the bottom of that I say "if you include ANYTHING extra than what I have asked, you will be denied".

This makes the job application, which usually sees around 80+ applicants (VERY time consuming to sift through) much easier to deal with. You will find after around the 80 apps, you will deny about 60 immediately upon reading because you can immediately see their huge wall of text and just hit deny.

Then, from there you now have 20 pre-qualified candidates that (hopefully) have some good SEO tools AND you also know that they READ & UNDERSTAND instructions.

Hiring a SEO VA on oDesk used to be a huge pain, but this process helps to save a fair bit of time.

Also, search this forum of First Page Web Research. This guy Jake provides SEO VA's and he runs the operation in Philippines. Value for money is great, and AFAIK they are monitored while PHYSICALLY in the office space, so there is no messing around.

PS: If you're going with outsourcing you might want to hire around 5 or 10 immediately at the same time, give them some trial work to do. It costs you a little more upfront for around a week, but I guarantee you, you'll probably only have 1, if lucky, that is meeting your requirements. So instead of hiring, firing, hiring, firing for AGES to try and find the right one - hire a lot up front, then dump all but one at the end of the week. This is a good tip, trust me - because I find SEO VA's are so dodgy and so uncommitted that it drives me crazy trying to hire a good one.

PSS: This above doesn't apply to Jake's SEO VA's because they seem to commit full time, without a problem.

You sound like a fun boss.

... ok I had to lol.

:pirate:

But ya , Odesk would be good for this. I've had good luck with workers who score in the top 30% of the "Basic English Skills" test. The tasks your asking for aren't really that complicated and can easily be taught. I'll take training my crew for 5 hours over trusting some self-taught SEO any day.

I know all these things but i am not a professional as u want but I want to do work with you. As a volunteer because due to this i will learn more and more and also do your work.

Advance Thanks

I just didnt want this thread to be filled with a bunch of people trying to sell something.

obviously there is odesk. i had good luck finding someone here in the past.
so i thought i would give this community a chance before i go to odesk.

the work is remedial - if you know anything about anchoring a link

if you need it fulltime, will you be so kind to send me your budget? I dont want to send the info of one of my workers [ heavily trained ] and you ignoring it because the asking price was too high.

If I know how much you are willing to spend then my team member can do what fits.

my guys are fully equip with SEO as we are providing complete SEO services from writing articles to graphics design to programming and performing scrapping in scrapebox etc.

Let me know of your monthly budget

How much is your budget? I'm interested with this job. I've been doing link building for three years! Let me help you with this. I'm available to work full-time and I have my own computer.
