Need SEO and PPC for a dental office

Sorry if im posting in the wrong section, but after reading for almost 4 hours and 2:35 am currently, this is the forum I was looking for.

I'm currently learning as much seo as i can to prevent marketing companies that never end up delivering results, and just continue to waste $$$.

So here i am wanting to find an experienced internet marketer to guide a dental office into better organic rankings and targeted ppc.

I would like a long-term agency that can provide white hat seo, the domain is 9 years old and we want to move into the first page in a competitive market, currently 2nd page in a few keywords.
