[NEED] SEO advice, live case study

I have find my keyword and purchased the domain. (keywordusa.com)
Global monthly exact searches 130K local 90K.Broad competitors 1.1million, in quotes:700k. I have no site builded yet I take advice from BHW members for next step. I update this thread frequently and if i take advice, always explained why take that. I going to outsource 80% of the job. So for next step what you guys recommend? WP or other template? What service you guys recommended. And about content sources,text , pictures etc. I have little budget and i don't have to rush. All advice appreciated. Sorry for my bad English.

I would love to see a list of your first page for your KW for 130K exact...

Here are a few things your going to need along the road...

- unique content
- varied link types
|--> Total link volume should be close or >competior spot you want to take over. BUT, it not necessary depending on the quality levels of your links.
- optimize your site for speed (Get YSLOW browser plugin and read up on suggestions -- use Google search for javascript, css, and image compression ... faster sites rank better)
- geographic matching host
- template / website / whatever your preference is.
- rank tracking software ... Rank Tracker (by link assistant) or SEScout.com (both recommended)
--> Unique websites may rank a bit better

... how are you doing a case study when you don't actually know seo?!?! {no offense, serious question}

No. I meant list your top 10 results and just cross out the links and such. I highly doubt you can rank #1 for a 130K keyword.
