Like from every sale they help make, they get $50-$100. Im completely clueless as to where I would find people interested in that sort of thing, and how to ask.

If you setup a website, then you can promote them through ads. You can also sell on ebay like many users suggested here. As these are only 200 bags, I'd suggest you to go with a JV instead of affiliates. It will be easy for you both.
