I need a form coded for one of our wordpress sites that will enable users to enter their phone number. This phone number should then be taken add be added as a custom variable into a predetermined link.
Example:
Link: http://www.example.com/username+message+[phone number]
[Customer enters # into form] > script replaces [phone number] > follow the link through
