Need script loaded onto new website (very easy)

I need this done. I dont have much knowledge at loading stuff and things like public_html and everything.


The script is php and mysql and has some php extensions. everything is probably already loaded on cpanal. but when i load the script to public_html and then try to visit my website it shows cpanel.
