Need Script: Capture Names and Emails

I promote affiliate offers on clickbank and other similar networks. However, I have my own products that I would like to sell as well.

MY question is:

Is it possible to pass the information from one submit form to another; without the prospect having to submit their information twice?

For example:

FORM 1, prospect enters their name and emails and presses the submit button; this information is save in my database but also automatically fills out Form 2 (affiliate site) and submits.
