[Need]-Screencapture instructions on structuring and laying out Woo Themes WP theme

I need someone to make an instructional screen capture that has good english with the following in it:

Set up navigation of Woo themes Coffee Break or Delegate i.e., home, about, contact, blog
Set up feature slider with images/videos
Post content in feature slider box next to image/videos
Post content to static page and/or blog

Reply or PM me a quote. Shouldn't be any more than a 7-10 min video I wouldn't think.
