Need Scraping Help / Mortgage Leads for Mortgage Banker?

I've just started a project with a Mortgage Banker to generate leads. Self generated leads / closes give us a larger % commission, of course. We're playing around with a website and facebook ads with no real joy.

Our aim is to compete with the big boys and bring in some serious earnings to support our families.

Any pointers or services offered would be considered and greatly appreciated.
