Need Scrapebox site indexer tutorial.

I've been using scrapebox to build links to my sites. Its been working out pretty solid for me, but at a very slow rate. I only use blogengine slow commenter. Because this is the only way I know how to make the comment submit. Can someone help me with a tutorial or something on how to properly use scrapebox to submit to wordpress or moveable type blogs?

Using ScrapeBox for Movable Type and Wordpress works the same way..

You won't get as high a success rate with those two platforms but the process of doing it works the same.

Is it normal to get a very low success rate to almost nothing?
