Need Sales Page Designed + Content Written for New Amazon Affiliate Service!

Hi all,

I have a new product that will be released within the next couple weeks.

It is a completely On-The-Fly website that is fully integrated with Amazon's API to get the most recent details/price for every product.

The website is fully customizable by a 100% custom backend panel. The user is allowed to pick categories / nodes / keywords to display. The user is also able to add custom content to any product, giving them much more control over what is displayed. All basic SEO is already done on the website: Meta, etc.

Here's what I need:

1. I need 1-page Sales Page designed, with all content written by YOU, and all design done by YOU. I'll of course help you look over everything and re-write as needed, but I'm horrible at writing content from scratch, and refuse to do it

2. I need a Sales Thread designed for BHW.

I already have a logo designed, so you'll just have to create a sales page surrounding it's color scheme etc.

You also must meet the following requirements:
1. Accept PayPal
2. Have AIM or Skype
3. Can get the job done within 3 days
4. Can communicate in English fairly well.
5. CAN SHOW EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS WORK
6. Can tell me exactly how much it's going to cost me.
