on the page you want to get the feed from, click the rss icon in the url bar at the top of your browser. this will show you the feed. copy the url and use how u like. if you need a full rss feed and the site only provides a partial, use wizardrss.

ok, so this is what i think i know
i find a blog, all i want is the blogs contents so i can use it on mine.
Do this with 5-10 different blogs so i have fresh content daily
to use someone else's content i need there rss feed link, correct?
how i take a blogs rss feed is by clicking the rss feed button on their blog and use the url link? and that would be the gateway of information on to my page? by implementing that url into my site somewhere?

After i click the rss button in the url bar it takes me to a page that says subscribe to this feed using
(the options in a drop down menu are ...)
    Live Bookmarks
    Choose Application
    Bloglines
    My Yahoo
    google

    (Then it says)
Always use live bookmarks to subscribe to feed

sounds like u are just getting started with this. read about rss feeds on other posts and learn some. get the wp-o-matic plugin if you are using wordpress. copy the feed url(s) into wp-o-matic and publish on your site.

OK my bad, I didn't realize you were at basics. Look up Twisted autoblog method here on BHW, there are a series of videos that walk you through pretty much what you need. From there you can piece together the missing parts as you need them
