Need RFID Help, HID 3 chip...

This is my first post in a looooong time, so hello again.

I'm wondering if anyone knows about RFID HID 3 chips and how to copy them? Long story short i'd rather not pay 150$ for an extra for my girlfriend to move into my apartment facility, so i'm looking to copy the card I have. This is the type of card i'm talking about:



I've called everywhere in my area and no one is able to help me copy this thing. I'm wondering If it's possible, and if it's worth my time, or should i just pay the fee?

I'm wondering If i could buy a cheap EBAY reader for this type of chip? I found a $20 USB 125Khz RFID EM4305 T5567 Card Reader/Writer/Copier Programmer Burner

Ok true, but what I really mean is, would that type of reader work on HID3? that's my concern

Don't see why not? RFID devices are all pretty similar. As long as your sniffer/reader is capable of reading the specific RF of your fob, it should work fine. Those devices have literally 0 security on them.
