Need rewriter - 1200 words for $25 in some hours

I have a docs with website content texts, about 1200 words.
It will be on a "business information" service DEMO website.
Parts of the docs:

• "About US"
• "Our Mission"
• "Privacy Statement"
• "Principles"

All together 1200 words.
I need a freelancer to rewrite this in very good quality with Copyscape pass (and no simple spun content). It is not a very easy text, but I can pay upfront $25 via Paypal (as service).
I look for reliable freelancer with minimum 100 comments on this forum.
I need this text in 3-4 hours.
