Need Review about this Twitter Account

Today I've got an expired twitter account.. it has TF and CF 40+ and 100+ Reff. domains and have links from many good authority sites...
it was previously used about cancer awareness related stuff

So my question is how to get the most out from this account?
Should I set up old niche and gain real followers again or i use my new niche to get help in ranking my money blog??
