I am confused by my residential proxies

my ip address keeps changing every 60 seconds

so one minute I am in Atlanta GA the next minute I am in Houston TX

this is raising huge red flags with websites and I am getting suspended left and right

I dont get this, I thought the point of a proxy is to give you a consistent IP

how do I get residential proxies that don't keep changing?

Residential IP address is usually used for crawling which is stateless.

You need to have the sticky session or static proxies.

Actually, you do not have to worry with dynamic IPs, as long as they are on the same subnets or the same ISP.

Those rotating residential proxies mainly for scraping or account creating, but not good for managing accounts.
I would suggest you use private proxies or static residential proxy

Most residential IPs are rotating. That's why they're good for scraping, for example. They rotate after each request or a minute or two. That's how you don't get banned.

Finding a static residential IP is difficult, but there's some out there. Also, some proxies rotate every 10 minutes or so, so websites won't ban you.

Also, try talking to your proxy provider, maybe there's a possibility to set how often the proxies rotate.

Some proxy providers rotate their IPs across their entire "network" which could be multiple worldwide locations. This is just part of their product (it can be good for web scraping) and it's clearly not the product you want.

However, some proxy providers will rotate your IP but the location will remain the same and not jump from TX to GA like it happened for you. For example location-based mobile proxies would do this naturally, every 24hrs just alike a normal cell phone behavior. You should look for a proxy provider which does this - specifically one that doesn't include manual IP rotation so you can save money by not paying for this feature you don't need.

You should contact your proxy proxider support. They should point you in the right direction according to your needs. They probably already have the type of product you are looking for.
