As said already, Entropay is the one you are looking for but some sites doesn't like Entropay so you need to do little bit research if it work for what you need.

if you want to use this for google adwords, i doubt entropay will work.Or am i wrong?i never tried it cos i read somewhere that it wont.If it does, then that's maybe a better option for me as i set up accounts regularly.
