Need reliable residential VPN provider

IAPS is taking over 2 weeks to deliver 1 residential RDP, fuck that.
EXAVPN flaked out on me and didn't deliver what they said they would.
resvpn.com was okay but they only offer US IPs. I need foreign ones.
proxyrack residential vpn was "sold out"
tuxler is sharing ips between too many free users so there's an unacceptably high risk of getting banned.

I need a RELIABLE residential VPN provider with FOREIGN IPs. My preferred countries are Monaco, Germany, Bahamas, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Malta, Portugal, or Italy.

Or just get Offshore European VPS and setup your own VPN

What do you need your VPN for? If you need it for IPs only, you can use proxies instead of a VPN.

VPS won't work because I need a residential IP.

And it has to be VPN so that flash traffic will be routed through it. Flash ignores all proxy settings.

There are no reliable residential vpn's as all "residential" ips are grey/hacked. Or the ones that claim to be residential are fake. You really think the AT&T's of this world sell parts of their ranges?

Not all are hacked. There are legitimate (non hacked) residential proxy providers.

Can they even give me my own static residential IP? Says they only have 1500 servers and it's a pretty big site.

actually the fake residential vpn seems good enough for me. As long as the IP whois lookup shows some residential/business ISP.

Would that be as good as residential IP? I'm looking for the same from NJ or DE. If a VPS can provide this, I'd like to take one.
