need reflexive theme install

I have 3 sites. Luckytaxicab.com scores well on the new Google mobile evaluation tool. However reverecab.com and reveretaxi.com do not. I was hoping to find someone to either aadjust the luckytaxicab.com theme for my other 2 sites or suggest another good looking reflexive theme. My budget is $25
