Need redesign of already established website

I am looking to hire a person who is able to re-design a website that already has thousands of images inside galleries into posts. Currently, the website is using Wordpress and it is very very slow. Looking for a way to host the images externally (CDN) etc and the website theme needs to be redesigned and completely unique. Send me PM if you are interested to work on the project.

Note: Please do not bother me if you are copy paste developer since I have experienced that a lot of BHW users are calling themselves web designers and they just use HTTrack to edit landing pages/websites. I know to do that aswell but I know to design something from scratch as well. I really need to hire a person who has professional experience in this field.
