Simple bot that will save a list of usernames to a text file - tell it how many you want to do and where to save them to and hit play.
No guarantees but should work
** EDIT ** Probably not the fastest way of doing it - if it needs speeding up shout and I will do something round the mass fakenamegenerator thing that bobred mentions.
