CPA = pay per action, like zip code or email submission.

anyone can recommend or share good programs for this?

Peerfly is a pretty good one.
Just check out the stickies in the CPA/Affiliate sections.

swagbucks is a good site to rn from cuse its easy and its attractive to the eye so your ref's mostly decide to join, i dont use it anymore however since i started promoting tweet adder, much better money for the work.

Swagbucks is more of a GPT website than a network, unless I missed something.
 
Yeah, I'm still looking for a decent CPA Network that doesn't ask for so much specific information i.e Tax ID, SSN, etc

I doubt you'll find one. If you do, don't expect to get your commissions paid out on time or be surprised if they disappear in 6 months.
 
Just signed up for peerfly myself , will see how it goes.

Joined CPAKingdom and going pretty well.
 
CPA Networks are required to advise the IRS of your earnings since it's a taxable income. Therefor you need to supply a ssn. This shouldn't be a problem unless your methods are too creative

For zips & emails, peerfly hands down.
 
Peerfly, EWA, MaxBounty, and the others people are recommending have all been good in my experience for general submit offers. I also work with an invite-only network I work with that has higher payouts on several email submits and I consistently see higher EPCs with on volume. Guess most email and zip submits just shave hardcore, nice to deal with some offers that don't on occasion.
 
I will probably get flamed for this. But I currently use CPATank and Adscend media. Both of those networks are sure friendly to me. And I have gotten paid on time every time. In fact Vito on CPATank even sends me emails from time to time with new hot info and helpful advice. Well that is just my two cents worth. Happy Money making
