I am doing this new mass follow method I found on this forum.
Basically search the seed keyword or keywords related to your niche on Twitter.
Click the people tab.
Follow one person and you'll get algorithm suggestion to follow related accounts all at once in a drop down menu.
This way you can follow hundreds of people in minutes without action restrictions.

Unfortunately, there are restrictions and you do get a ban on this method. You have to go slow when doing it. My shits "limited" for 3 days.

Content is the key, create and post some awesome contents. Mix up the content type, visual, audio , text etc. Now a days people's attention span is becoming less and less, so quality visual short ones are more effective. Post regularly .Interact with others, do response the queries as quick as possible. Create a follower base, so that your contents may have a loyal viewer base.

Your tip is great and it really works, I get to follow around 400 people in less than 10 minutes, then I couldn't follow it anymore (error message due to daily limit), but I can still do anything else on Twitter
Follow Twitter's rules and you won't have any problems, Twitter allows you to follow 400 people a day if you don't have the blue tick, or 1000 people if you have, it's in their faq and that's not against the rules, you're only penalized if you unfollow many people quickly to following others

I've never unfollowed anyone. it has to do with the ""Follow All" button where they suggest other accounts to follow. I've had the popup tell me I was abusing it. I think what's being said, as to what musk is actually doing, is different.
