I'm using HosttheName right now with 20 IPs but I'm not very happy with the service at the moment. My sites seem slow and they don't allow backup plugins like BackupBuddy and PHPMyAdmin Exports Fail...

I need 20-25 IPs, the ability to create custom nameservers, decent bandwidth and storage, etc.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

Use cheap ($1) shared hosting so you get different A and B classes as well. SEO Hosting is a joke.

If you're hosting your own network forget about the custom nameservers thing, Google has caught on. Put no more than 2 on the same hosting plan. If they're not money sites you can use free hosting, but there's only a few good ones out there.
