Need recommendation for posts on financial forums / sites. Willing to pay for help.

Guys,

My client needs to get a short press release posted on financial / stock related websites and forums. They have already done a standard PR Newswire release. They would like to get postings up on certain financial message boards and related websites. I don't have the time to go through and create all the registered user accounts and do the postings myself. Willing to pay someone to do this. Needed ASAP.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
