Greetings, Proxy Seller only offers one IP address. This proxy is used to create multiple profiles in AdsPower or Dickloak, to manage several YouTube profiles and prevent them from interfering with each other.

Most of the market is now full resellers and unstable provider. It's safer to go for known provider even if it costs a bit more because cheap one don't last and get accounts flagged.
