Hello, can someone give me a offer or recommend a service that will promote my website for me? I do not have time every day to leave posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc. Right now I'm not interested in ranking on google. Just need someone to leave posts on social networks. I wonder if someone offers that kind of service?

Sites like Fiverr can help you out. There are tons of people willing to post links and comments promoting your page. Of course for a small fee

Look for a VA on upwork, train them on what you want them to do (social media posting in your case) then pay them a monthly wage.
