Need a simple real estate website created. I can provide some templates, but they need quite some changes made. They will be made so I can rank high for that specific city, so doesn't need to be overly complicated, main thing is decent layout, ability to add in properties easily,etc. If its good, I will be sending more future work your way. Will only work with someone who is well-established here though and need some sort of examples of what you can make.
