Need real estate data scraper

I need real estate data scraped (preferably from Zillow). This will be a long term contract. I work for a site that needs inventory on a regular basis.

Right now I need For sale by agent and for sale by owner and for rent listings in the entire state of Washington. Right now there are about 26,000 of these total. I need quick turnaround for at least half of these listings. I need at least 5 photos for every listing (if there are less I will take what is there, if there are more, I just need 5)

I need basic property details and the description. CSV
