Need Quick Suggest About Backlink

Hi, for several month I am build link (both with on page and off page) for my client.
What I can't understand is after google update their algorithm last year, my backlinks doesn't appear in Google Webmaster Tools.

Do I need to re-indexing all my backlink? Need quick suggestion. Thanks

How many links showing in GWT, 0 or only some links?
Have you checked with other tools like Ahref, majestic?
Is there any dropping in your site ranking?

it shown for several link from my PBN, I keep the records of all my manual backlink and i can't found backlink from web.2.0 site such wix site, weebly etc. and yes, my site rank drop dramatically.
I check also with majestic, and none of it came from my PBN or web 2.0, does any one know why? I just try to make quotation for my client. need advice

Dear mate,

This problem happening to most of the site, particularly from the last November. Recommended to disavow the spammy links from PBN and other non-related site links.

Better to check, is there any manual action taken to your site.

You can check these from google webmaster tools --> search traffic --> Manual action

Thanks, I just check the link you've mention before. I just disavow all my non-related link and indexing some fresh content. I hope this will work
