Need Query About Paypal Vietnam. any vietnamese here ?

Is there anyone from Vietnam who knows how much I get charged to withdraw my Paypal amount in the Vietnam bank account? and I want to transfer that amount in India..! My $60,000 stuck in the Paypal Vietnam account and the only option is to withdraw in Vietnam local bank. I attached many United States cards but they don't allow me to withdraw that amount in the card. if I withdraw the PayPal amount in Vietnam bank and then want to transfer to India then how much do I need to pay fees?
