[Need] Quality 'Warez Hosting', not 'warez linking hosting'

I'm looking to start a file hosting service that deals with specific pirated software owned by a large corporate entity and it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about the blatancy or legality of it, for SEO and advertising purposes.

Does anyone offer this or is it far too risky? Because all I've seen thus far are quality 'warez linking allowed' hosts or sub-par shady warez hosts.

If not, are there any file exchange services that work in peer-to-peer fashion with the end user simply getting a direct HTTP download?

you could try tikier. they dont cost too much. hosted in germany ,and should fill your need.

Hi,

There's not 1 single country who will allow "warez hosting". However, there are some datacenters out there who are slightly laid back and will allow such things. Though, if the datacenter does receive DMCA emails, i'm confident, the datacenter will take action regarding the warez hosting.

I am also interested in this.

I want to sell copyrighted content and I am also looking for a host who will not give in to DMCA complaints and take my shop down.

Edit - I checked the hosts out but I am still not sure if they will give in if I am selling the warez content, which under most jurisdictions is highly illegal.

^ Swedish host that used to (or still does?) host ThePirateBay. I've used them before, and never had any problems with DMCA's, on movie/TV sites, and other kinds of download/stream sites.
 
In countries like Barbados and Antigua there is no copyright law. But it will be hard to find a fast and reliable hosting-service down there.

Netherlands do definitly not offer warezhosting. It may be offshore to you, but I live next to the Netherlands and I would never host any warez over there. As soon as there are complaints, the warez will be gone.
 
NO ONE offers WAREZ HOSTING. You must comply with DMCA laws in everything single country. However, like i've mentioned before, some are more laid back then others. If you're wishing to setup an file hosting service, i can guarantee you, you'll have to comply with DMCA complaints. If this was possible, don't you think Rapidshare/Fileserver/Hotfile etc wouldn't be deleting their illegal copyright files?
