Need Quality EWhoring LEADS for IM Chat!

I have a team of eWhores who are doing manual chat through Instant Messengers. I need someone to provide them with some quality leads on a long term basis. The quality of the leads is more important than the quantity in this case!

There are two sources where the leads should be generated from: (adult) social networks AND/OR classifieds sites. When it comes to social networks I will help you out by providing pics, profile information and some training.

I prefer someone that has previous experiences in such area but if I can't find anyone like that then I can also accept and train out inexperienced ones. However good English and computer/Internet skills are definitely required!

are you saying its hard to find leads for perverts who want to get laid? or is your team just that big.

No it's not hard, I just don't have the time to do this myself.
