Need quality backlinks

Hi guys, yestarday I made a threat here where I was asking for quality backlinks, I got great offers but I need your help for something.

So, my budget of about $10-$30 per backlink in the first place.

In the second place I am checking the domains with MozBar in order to find out the DA and PA and also the Spam Score. After that, I check the backlinks offered in those particular websites with the SEO SpyGlass to check the InLink Score and Penalty Risk.

That's why I would like to ask for your help because most of the backlinks that are on the websites are not being shown in the SEO SpyGlass...

My point is...I need backlinks for Crime Scene Cleaning (Canada) and Automotive (Europe). My budget is $10-$30 per link. I need to check them with my method (or a better one if someone else wants to help)

Have you thought about renting good quality PBN links? Buying for a low one-time fee you will either get automated spam or links that will be lost before you rank.
