Need Proxy Suggestions for my project - novice overwhelmed.

I'm hoping I could get some suggestions for my project. There is a ton of proxy information on this board and I'm quite now to the world of proxies, never used them, and do not quite understand everything i'm reading. Here is what I need.

1) I need to change my IP address 25-50 times per day from IPs that are either exclusive, OR very new so that they are not blacklisted I guess. US IP's only

2) I would rather not be banned for click fraud. The ips will be used to submit valid legal data, just by myself rather than the individuals from their homes. Telemarketing with online submissions basically.


Does this require a software for me to download and some sort of membership to load the ips? If so, what software? Again, i'm completely new and just couldn't understand what my options were relative to implementation and pricing.

If your data really is legit, you would be better off approaching the CPA companies, explaining your situation and arranging bulk submission of your data rather than trying to spam them.

The problem is that you will need 50 different IPs every day, not just 50 IPs every day. You can't just submit 50 leads from the same IPs every day and expect not to get caught. That would rapidly get very expensive using private proxies unless you can make an arrangement to get a list of 50 different IPs every day, or split up your proxy requirements amongst several providers who will do what you ask. If you opt to go the free route, you run in to the problem of using proxies that other fraudsters have already used that day.

Get dirty with proxies to generate the traffic, but keep the traffic you send to the CPA company clean (and real).

I'm still in the researching phase so I don't know if the campaign manager will allow such lead submissions. Currently I haven't found one that does. If that's the case, I want to have a back up plan. Yes, 50 different proxies every day of course.
