So what I need is a tool that will sort a list of proxies into http, socks4 and socks5 proxies.
So what I mean is, I will put a list of proxies in the form of ip:port in the tool, and the tool will sort them out into 3 lists, of http, socks4 and socks5 proxies.

Please help, been looking for such a tool for sometime without any luck :(

    Regards!

In order to sort the ip's in their different categories you have to check them first, for example with Proxyfire (free version is adequate):

    Code:
    http://www.proxyfire.net/forum/showthread.php?t=33
    Hope this helps.

You can differentiate SOCKS from HTTP by their Port.
But to differentiate SOCKS 4 from SOCKS 5, you must test them.

You can use my own proxy tool (in my signature).
With the trial version you can sort proxies in two lists : SOCKS 4-5 and HTTP (L1, L2, L3).

    Best.

Hi kokoloko75. What else does your proxy tool sort by? Can it sort by city/region and give only results of a selected city/region?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

No it's mainly a proxy scraper.
If you really need to sort proxies by types, countries, cities, etc, I recommand you to use another specialized tool.
    Maybe Charon, ProxyFire, ...
