why not buy Hotmail accounts instead it's a lot cheaper then proxies?

Use a rotating IP from stormproxies.com
They change ip every 3 minutes and it's like $20 a month for a single thread. i can give you an imacros script and the plugins required browser plugins to create a csv file of accounts. $200 for this.
