You can check the marketing for either residential or mobile proxies, but look for proxies that have a longer rotation period (not request-based rotation).

You can roll your own server datacenter proxies work fine for etsy. Or as proxygo said check the proxy sales page

How secure dataceter proxies are? Will using them ban your ebay or paypal account?

If you run your own. Very safe no one else will have access to them. I haven't had any problem with them with Paypal or eBay.

i do not know how much paypal and ebay are sensitive on the ips you use...but i do know if you use a data center proxy they will find it out and that shows you as someone who have something to had so that can get you banned.
my advice to you is to at least use a dedicate residential proxy to show that your a normal person.

4G mobile proxies are expected to work well (go for true cell phone based proxies and not the ones that run on modems, the quality aren't all that standard). The marketplace offers quite a lot of providers to choose from. I'd pick some and ask for free trials to test the products for a demo.
