Need proxies to scrape facebook

I can't afford facewizard right now, so I thought of quickly build a automating script in PHP (create accounts & add friends as of now) as I can code pretty good PHP. The question is I want proxies for the job and haven't been abel to find good list of proxies yet.

So I want to know if using random proxy everyday would result in getting that account banned? If so, does anyone know of cheap proxies which are reliable and can be used over a period of time.
