Need proxies for social media - help

So I don't know that much about proxies. But basically what I'm doing is using Instagram / twitter / youtube programs to get followers/likes for multiple accounts. I am currently doing this on 3 accounts but I would like to do this for more friends but I've heard that these sites will notice if I'm doing this on a lot of accounts and I don't want any of the accounts to get banned.

I envision doing this with ~15-20 accounts on each site. Can anyone explain to me what I need to buy/rent proxy-wise.

I am currently using a program on my phone, but I'm going to be switching over to a computer program, probably something like Twitter Frenzy Bot and Instagram Mega Bot from Auto Bot Solutions - I've seen people talking about them and they seem reputable.

Please advise if this sounds like the best route to go for what I'm looking to do and please tell me what type of proxy will be the most reliable and secure.

I am a technical person, but just don't have any first-hand experience with proxies, I don't really know how an end user utilizes a proxy or if this is even what I need.
