need proxies for fb ad accts

looking for proxies (or possibly vpn , not sure) that will work for running a fb ad acct.. my concern with using regular private proxies is that i don't know what the person who had them the month before i get them did with them and could have already used on fb. can i get fresh ones anywhere or anyone have any help for me?
