hi, i am using net from a university and the firewall only ports no 443 and 22 are allowed for direct internet accesss, i need to buy private proxies for these ports. but i havent been able to find any provider that provides this. i want to make facebook accounts, the method is quite successful for me. if anybody can provide on these ports please let me know.
also since i use net in a university my ips keep changing the dynamically every time. like from 10.5.123.456 to 10.5.124.457, is it enough to stay under the facebook radar and keep creating facebook accounts without proxies?
